Our packages of care and support are as individual as the people we offer services to. We try as much as possible to remain competitive on price recognising that cost efficiencies are incredibly important especially for those balancing limited benefit budgets.

For this reason fees are negotiated on an individual basis taking into account a range for domicilliary care & support, basic residential care, full board accommodation, respite care, daytime placements, night time needs and additional one-to-one support hours.

We try as much as possible to help people to access the funding that they need and the benefits that they are entitled to. We offer help with the administration of individual budgets especially important for those who do not have guardians or advocates to do this for them.

We try as much as possible to be transparent about the real costs of the services that we offer and have worked with local authorities to develop a matrix for our fee structures so that we can effectively partner in the process of being good stewards of "public purse" money.
